Puressentiel draws on the best of what nature has to offer in an eco-responsible and eco-friendly way, and give it back it in the purest and most essential form, to guarantee "the efficacy of nature"!

We travel the world to source the 15,591 tonnes of raw plant material that are needed each year to craft the French-made products in the Puressentiel line. We rely on world sourcing and French craftsmanship for our essential oil and natural active ingredient-based products.

Essential oils, both rare and precious, come from leaves, fruit, flowers, seeds, bark, and roots… Tremendous quantities from across five continents are needed in order to extract what sometimes only amounts to several drops of an active ingredient. This is why eco-responsible sourcing is both a vital imperative and a daily challenge!

This search for the purest and most natural raw material leads us to France first of all, of course, but also to Vietnam, Madagascar, Morocco, Egypt, Italy, Australia, Nepal

Uncompromising, it regulates every stage in a product's life, from the selection of raw materials to crafting and transporting finished products. Naturally, it also involves preserving nature as a whole, at every stage of production.

From raw material producers to the people who craft our products, no one is allowed to stray from our Pure Quality Charter! Puressentiel chooses its suppliers according to their ability to ensure total traceability throughout the supply chain, from cultivation to finished product. Observance of their commitments is ensured by certification and monitoring audits called GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).

At each manufacturing, production and delivery stage, every player is committed to the fullest respect of our commitment to guarantee the outstanding quality of Puressentiel products.

From raw material to the delivery of finished products, Puressentiel is committed to a production and supply policy that is deliberately 100% responsible, sustainable and reasonable, as reflected in our Pure Quality Charter.

Our green formulations and their packaging have all been created so as to use a maximum amount of natural or plant-based ingredients, with recycled and/or recyclable packaging and a minimum amount of outer packaging. Our cartons and leaflets are printed on imprimVert paper, on recycled cardboard, or PEFC (Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes) or FSC (Forest STEWARDSHIP COUNCIL / Forêt Cultivée), cardboard and vegetable-based ink. Our tubes and bottles are recyclable. Instead of binning them, recycle them!
